Nicholas Martin is a Michigan-based musician—guitarist, educator, arranger, —who performs solo and collaborative projects. Winner of the SFCM Guitar Concerto Competition, he is an active concert artist, appearing as a soloist, chamber musician, and freelance musician across the country in a myriad of styles. Martin has most recently appeared as a soloist with the SFCM Orchestra, Michigan Fingerstyle Guitar Society, and the University of Michigan Guitar Society.

Nicholas Martin holds a MM from San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Martin loves the color blue, Mozart’s Symphony 29, bowling, college football, Bach circle progressions, skateboarding, and the sound of a pedal steel guitar.
