Anastasia Ries
Music has always been a part of my life. I began taking piano lesson and music theory when I was seven
years old at the Music School in USSR and continued there until I was 15 years old. I loved to play the
piano and sing for my family and close friends. I grew up studying with the classic music of Mozart, Bach,
Beethoven, Verdi, Schubert and Russian composers: Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, and Stravinsky. I will always
be grateful to them for showing me the beautiful language of music. I enjoyed learning music and
entering competitions were good motivation to keep practicing. When I was 23 years old I got my
Master’s Degree from Tashkent State Institute of Culture in Cultural Education; Primary study in piano
and choir direction with specialized skills and experience in teaching basic level piano lesson to children
and adults.
